Meet the Meeks

Meek & Wild Weddings began in 2021, inspired by our own engagement and a simple vision: to make every wedding day as beautiful as the love story it celebrates.

We’re Courtney and Logan, a husband-and-wife team who met back in high school, fell in love, and built this little dream together. What started as curated decor packages in 2021 (born from a mix of creative passion and a bit of sticker shock at traditional rentals!) quickly grew into a full-service experience. Today, we offer planning, coordination, design, and florals- all crafted to tell your story through thoughtful details and beautiful design.

As one of our brides once said, it’s all about “bringing the Pinterest board to life.” From the first brainstorm to the final send-off, we’re here to make sure your day is seamless, stunning, and full of heart.

Beyond weddings, we’re on a mission to visit all 50 states and proud dog parents to our sweet (and spoiled) pup, Finn.

We’re a little bit creative dreamer (Courtney’s a Pisces) and a little bit practical problem-solver (Logan’s a Capricorn), and together, we make wedding magic happen.

We can’t wait to celebrate your love story in the most beautiful way possible.

Courtney Meek

CO-FOUNDER, HEAD PLANNER, FLORIST + DESIGNER

After working in the wedding industry as a coordination assistant for over three years and getting engaged to her high school sweetheart, Logan, Courtney decided she wanted to change the way couples rent decor for their big day. The styled packages Meek & Wild offers- including the “OG” Sedona Golden Hour- were born from this idea . Over time, this concept grew into other areas of the wedding planning process- including full service planning, coordination, design, and florals. Working with couples to bring their dream day to life is the greatest honor and is something she looks forward to every single day. In her free time she enjoys rewatching The Mindy Project, getting coffee, spending time with her and Logan’s pup, Finn, and traveling.

Amanda Zamora

Associate Coordinator

Amanda is the mother of 3 beautiful children: Courtney, Abigail, and Evan. She has organized weddings, parties, and large corporate events for most of her life. Her father, a wedding photographer, introduced her to the wedding and event industry at a young age. One of her favorite wedding moments is watching the groom's face light up as his bride walks down the aisle.

Beyond the faces you see here, we’re lucky to have an incredible team of coordination and design assistants- most of whom have been with us since 2021 - who help bring every wedding to life with care and heart.

Logan Meek

CO-FOUNDER, FINANCIAL DIRECTOR

Not only is he making sure payments and contracts are signed and on time, Logan also is the muscle for set-ups, tear-downs, and you can often find him rallying the groomsmen on the big day. When coming up with a business name- Courtney’s mom thought of the common saying “Meek & Mild”- as Meek was soon to be Courtney’s last name, too. Except…there isn’t much mild about Courtney- or starting a business while still attending university. Thus the name “Meek & Wild” was born! When he isn’t working for the business, he’s smoking cigars, drinking coffee, or trying new restaurants.

Lindsay Hawes

DECOR + FLORAL ASSISTANT

Lindsay is a professional designer with a passion for weddings that far preceded her own. She is passionate about every couple feeling special and having their vision come to life. Lindsay loves visiting wineries and making charcuterie boards with her husband, spending time with her cat Rory, and searching for the best cold brew coffee in town.

Finn Meek

Head Dog

Our resident good boy and official Meek & Wild mascot, Finn always sticks the landing and lives up to his name- a little finicky, and entirely full of heart. He’s a cuddle expert, ball enthusiast, and explorer of every new patio dining opportunity we can find. On wedding days, he’s lovingly spoiled by his “grandpawrents” and trusted nanny team, making sure he’s as well cared for as our couples. After a long day of play, you’ll find him snuggled up with his favorite toys, Bear and Moose.
