The Meek

Month-of Coordination + Florals

    • A custom floral package is included, with $2,500 built into this tier- your floral proposal will be tailored upon booking

    • Custom timeline creation + day-of vendor coordination

    • 10 hours of event day coverage with lead + assistant coordinator

    • Access to exclusive planning resources and vetted vendor list

    • Timeline + details meeting approx. 60 days out

    • One-month check-in with vendors and timeline/layout distribution

    • M&W becomes main vendor contact one month out for vendors

    • Ceremony rehearsal management at venue

    • Venue walkthrough (based on availability/venue policies)

    • Setup and breakdown of personal decor

    • Emergency kit on hand for wedding day

    • Month-of meeting to review final details

    • Option to add on a-la-carte decor to compliment floral package

  • Starts at $4,500+

    Our month-of coordination is $2,000 and is then paired with a custom floral package. $2,500 in florals is built into this tier- your floral proposal will be tailored upon retainer.

  • Q: Who is The Meek package the best fit for?

    A: The Meek is for the couple who has planned most of their day, but wants a team who is detail driven, creative, and ready to bring their best day to life. You get to soak in all in with peace of mind that your day will be both seamless and beautiful. Upon booking, we’ll finalize your custom floral proposal. About 60 out, we’ll step in to finalize timelines, floral plans, communicate with your vendors, and make sure every moment flows beautifully and with intention.

    Q: Do you work exclusively in Austin?

    A: As much as we love the 512, we will go anywhere you’d like us to! We frequent San Antonio and central Texas, but are happy to travel. Please note that additional fees may apply.

The Muse

Partial Planning, Design, Decor, + Florals

  • Everything in our Meek package PLUS full access to our over $15,000+ worth of decor inventory (yes, you read that right!) and the following:

    • An in-depth planning kick-off meeting followed by delivery of a design dossier- featuring your custom mood board, virtual mock-ups, top decor picks from our inventory, custom vendor suggestions based on your style/budget, and day-of experience/detail suggestions.

    • A secondary design/planning meeting in-between our kick-off and timeline meeting (which takes place ~60 days out).

    TL;DR: Coordination, any and all decor you please, plus 3 official meetings- a kick-off planning/design meeting, a middle of the planning journey meeting, and a details meeting to wrap it all up beautifully and finalize your timeline/layout!

  • Begins at $6,750+

    Our partial planning tier is $4,250 and is then paired with a custom floral package. $2,500 in florals is built into this tier- your floral proposal will be tailored upon retainer.

    A: The Muse is designed for the couple who wants it all: thoughtfully, artfully, and effortlessly. This elevated experience is for those who understand that exceptional design isn’t just about aesthetics, it’s about telling a love story with intention and style.

    With a curated decor collection that speaks to every vision- desert dreamers, whimsical wanderers, hopeless romantics, modern minimalists, and glamorous showstoppers- our inventory paired with in-house floral design sets the tone for a day that feels unmistakably yours.

    Through three personalized planning sessions, we’ll collaborate closely to guide and refine every detail, ensuring your wedding day is beautifully cohesive, deeply personal, and unforgettable from start to finish.

    Q: Does this package include decor?

    A: Yes! It includes anything and everything from our inventory.

The Moment

Full service planning, Design, Decor, + Florals

    • Unlimited scheduled calls as needed during business hours

    • Vendor sourcing and management

    • Budget spreadsheet and tracking

    • Hotel block suggestions and booking assistance

    • 2 extra hours of onsite event coverage (12 hours total)

  • $9,500 for up to 175 guests

    The Moment is $7,000 and is then paired with a custom floral package. $2,500 in florals is built into this tier- your floral proposal will be tailored during the design process.

  • Q: Who is the full planning (“The Moment”) package best for?

    A: This is your full-access, full-support tier. We combine intentional planning, immersive design, florals, and decor styling under one roof. We’ll dream big with you, handle the details, and create a wedding that’s both meaningful and visually striking. From vendor sourcing to design mockups to timeline management and installations, we’re your creative and logistical partners from start to finish.

    Q: Do you have a suggested budget for full service clients?

    A: We love to work alongside couples wherever they’re at! Your guest count has a major impact on your budget- $50K spends a lot differently for 200 guests vs. 75. That being said, to get the most out of the design portion of this package, a budget of $60-75K+ is recommended for most guest counts.

    Q: Do you offer any discounts?

    A: If you went to UT, TXST, are in teaching, military, or healthcare, and/or are a veteran, we have a 5% discount for you!
